Duncan Tavern In-House Museum

The museum at the Duncan Tavern Historic Center is located on the first floor and second floor. Visitors will experience a step back into time. Some of the rooms are named for famous Kentuckians, to name a few: The Isaac Shelby room where you will see his portrait, chair and other personal artifacts; The James Garrard Room contains the original dining room with beautiful woodwork and Simon Kenton’s sideboard.

The antique collection is one of the finest in America and is a must to see on any journey to Kentucky. This museum offers some of the finest early American and early Kentucky antiques for your viewing.
