Duncan Tavern Historic Center offers meeting and banquet facilities giving you several options for private entertainment that comes with historic ambience.

The Anne Duncan Meeting Room will comfortably seat 46.

The Banquet Hall can seat 24 around its antique custom built table. The Garrard room antique table will seat 6 and tables can be set in the Shelby room for 16 for a total of 46 attendees for lunch or dinner.

Duncan Tavern is perfect for small intimate receptions or teas.

Rental rates: 

1. 
   Luncheon up to forty-six (46) adults, Rental Fee is $80.00 (no appetizers and no alcoholic beverages); add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
2. Luncheon up to forty-six (46) adults, Rental Fee is $130.00 (with appetizers and white wine &/or beer); add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
3. Dinner up to forty-six (46) adults, Rental Fee is $150.00 (no appetizers and no alcoholic beverages); add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
4. Dinner up to forty-six (46) adults, Rental Fee is $200.00 (with appetizers and white wine &/or beer); add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
5. Weddings up to thirty-five (35) persons, Rental Fee is $500.00.
   
   
6. Receptions up to seventy-five (75) persons, Rental Fee is $500.00.
   
   
7. Receptions and Hors d’oeuvre parties up to fifty (50) persons, Rental Fee is $300.00; add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
8. Tea Party up to forty-six (46) persons, Rental Fee is $75.00; add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
9. Meetings up to forty-six (46) persons using the Meeting Room only the rental fee is $80.00; add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
   
   
10. Use of the outdoor gardens at DTHC for any party or meal – Rental Fee:  $100.00; add $50.00 if children under 12 will be attending.
